Privacy, in plain language.

• Account data: name, email address, phone number and password when you create an account or sign in.
• Booking and purchase data: event details, venue/vendor selections, booking requests and purchase history.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers; Razorpay processes them under its own privacy policy as our payment processor.
• App activity: in-app interactions such as pages viewed and requests submitted, used to operate and improve the service.

• To provide app functionality: bookings, concierge requests, venue claims and vendor onboarding.
• To manage your account and communicate about your bookings (including SMS/WhatsApp updates).
• To improve the product and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (for example Razorpay for payments and our hosting/infrastructure providers), with the specific venue or vendor you choose to book (limited to what is needed to fulfil your booking), or where required by law.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel.

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@pranixailabs.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete my EasyVenuez account". We will delete your account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.

EasyVenuez is intended for users aged 18 and over.
